Cafe Comfy

This I found to be the ONLY convenient place to sit and be refreshed before carrying on to my final destination after a long flight. There are other shops where food can be bought, but nowhere else within Heathrow Terminal 4 Arrivals, is there a place to be seated. The customer service was satisfactory and I got exactly what I ordered and it met my expectations.

Great service and good ambience. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Frank for great customer service 😎

Not a bad place to buy a cup of coffee and wait for your family arriving... Great staff members though....
